Abhisek Pani is a researcher in public administration at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and a mechanical engineering graduate from CET-Bhubaneswar (Odisha). He is passionate about subnational-supranational governance, the tech-arms race, and the historical aspects of diplomacy. His writings have appeared in Bigwire, Political and Business Daily and Uday India.
